How not to treat long-standing customers

Annoyed 1.by your recent repeated insistence that I top up my account when it was briefly in debit, Yet you hold money in the account for many months of the year. This is the point of an unvarying direct debit. 2. by unilaterally raising the direct debit. I am a loyal customer and this made me really think twice about renewing.
