This is now my third year with SO ENERGY. I find them so easy to deal with. Clear communication each month with meter reading requests followed by clear readable bills. Recently renewed my contract for 12 months to a green energy one which was not only good for helping lower my carbon footprint but was at a lower price too. Win win !!

Made a complaint that was taken to the Ombudsman and won for awful customer service. Been waiting for a response to my second complaint for weeks now as they sent me to debt collection with no cause. Every time I get in touch I get palmed off. I asked for a deadlock letter if they weren't going to do anything about it so I could go to the Ombudsman for a second time and was basically told to wait. This is beyond a joke. I would never use this company again. Can't get hold of anyone who takes account for their mistakes or actually tries to help.
