Extortion and unhelpful customer service
I was charged £972 for a 3-month period. I lived alone and worked 9am to 6pm. I complained that there was an error as I had noticed that the amount included the bill of the other flat. This company refused resolving it. They rather opted to chasing me around with different debt collection agencies and threatened me with court proceedings. I spoke to different customer service agencies and nobody helped. Another one threatened me that they would contact my employer to collect it from my pay and he would ensure it affects my credit score. It's been 3yrs since I moved out and up until yesterday, I was still chased by debt collectors to pay almost £1000 or be taken to court.
