Collection from Auckland International was easy on the shuttle and I was on my way. Dropping the car off was exactly the same. Two minutes after dropping the car I was in the shuttle to departures. I will use again for sure

保険と言って約2,000ドルの追加料金を請求され、それは保証金でもなく戻らないお金と言われたので、ブッキングドットコムで保険には入ったと言ってもそれは自分の会社とは関係ないと言われました。結局私達は170ドルを支払って借りることが出来ましたが、とても気分が悪かったです。それと、車の送迎の際、車が大きくて、荷物を乗せる位置が高いので、重いスーツケースを乗せるのがとても大変でした。スタッフは全く知らん顔で手伝うこともしなかった。このレンタカー会社は2度と使いません。それを多くの人に伝えたいと思います。

Very affordable, will definitely rent again. Rented for 2 days and gas was so good it only costed $20 to fill back up. Highly recommend .
Great friendly service would have been good to have known there was a drop box to drop off keys for out of hours clients other than that good service woulld use them again

I followed they're processes and it was effortless, flew into christchurch, sent and message walked to the pickup area and within 3-5 mins the mini bus had come to collect us, I had done all the Paperwork online so had nothing to do but provided the driving licenses of the vehicle drivers. The guy who assisted me was friendly and fast, and I had the vehicle in 10 mins from arrival at the Snap rental office. The vehicle itself.... I got the vehicle that I had selected. It had various small scrapes and scratches around the vehicle and wheels however this was cosmetic only there was no "damage" to the vehicle all these blemishes were already recorded by the staff. It had a full tank of fuel, all the tyres were good and all the fluids(water and oils) were clean and full. We got a child car seat that was clearly a used child seat however was well within the 10 year manufacturer's life span of that seat as it still has the stickers and year on manufacture on it, the seat was understandably not fitted for me as I presume that would create an unwanted liability for the company and in fitting it myself I take the liability for the safe fitting of the seat for my child, this in happy with as i would not trust anyone else with my child safety. When dropping the vehicle back off its was a simple as when I collected it, I filled the tank at the BP around the corner from the office, it was checked over with no issues and the minibus was ready to take us back to the airport only a few minutes away. Special note.. the female driver who collected us and the male driver who dropped us off at Christchurch Airport were exceptionally warm and friendly a credit to the company, to be honest all the staff we had dealings with offered a service way beyond anything I'd expect here in the UK
Staff fabulous, car clean and tidy and no issues. Not 5 stars because of the $2,000 yes, 2 thousand dollar, bond I had to pay, because I used my own insurance and not Snaps. Never been asked for this amount before as a deposit, despite having all my paperwork on me as proof. Unlikely to use them again. 😔

Staff were fantastic
Everything ran well from the airport shuttle to the rental office, the paperwork was done on line which made picking up the car quick and easy, the rental car ran well and we finished with a drop off at the airport. Would definitely use Snap again.

Overall, a good rental experience. The car was in great condition and the shuttle lady was outstanding—very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Check-out was smooth with no issues. However, check-in was very disappointing. The staff member seemed rushed and uninterested, with no greeting or effort to assist. It felt like she was just there to pass time and get through her hours, which gave a poor first impression. With better customer service at check-in, this could have been a great experience from start to finish. It honestly felt like she didn’t enjoy her job and was simply going through the motions.
Great price, great service..very happy, will definitely book Snap rentals again. The only thing missing was a phone charger although I had cables. They kindly lent me a plugin charger.
