Booking was easy from overseas. Only difficulty was calling on arrival at the airport as I didn’t have a NZ phone but was kindly loaned one and from there on things went smoothly

Car fuel tank wasn't full on pickup - we were offered to take it as is, but seeing as we'd have to fill the tank on return, we'd be paying to fill up someone else's used fuel, as well as our own - not appropriate. We waited for the car to be filled - the person who filled the car didn't tell the reception staff he had filled and returned it, so we waited about half an hour longer than we should have. The car itself was fine and there were no issues with it.
Booking and renting with SNAP was a pleasant experience minus the late arrival pick up confusion.
Easy, cheap rental, car unfortunately had a few chips on front windscreen, I didn't feel very safe

The vehicle wasn't ready on time, and it was in poor condition. Further, I booked a "Premium" vehicle. I would not consider the vehicle I received premium, it didn't even have a USB port.
Great service hired a Suzuki Swift for the weekend and did us perfectly. Three days with one bag and three carry on bags fitted perfectly in this little car. Easy to drive lite on petrol and check in and out process very easy
