No issues with our car hire. Very relaxed process from shuttle from the airport to returning the car and shuttle back. We asked for a compact SUV and received a Mitsubishi (Outlander I think). The car was the most basic model. Not really comfortable but it did support CarPlay which was super helpful. Next time we'd select something a bit more comfortable for all the long drives.

Pick up and drop off was good. Checking car out was slow though. Need an express lane for people that have checked in online otherwise its pointless and you still have to wait.
