Car and staff were great, but they only have one van for pickup and drop off's which means you are waiting a while.

Organised staff

DO NOT BOOK with this company
DO NOT BOOK with this company they have unlawfully taken money off our card after the rental and not listened or responded to our emails until we mentioned public reviews they then replied with a crap story within 10 minutes, there are much better run rental companies out there do not use snap rentals Auckland.

Overall good deal
Vehicle was in good condition, however the radio was not too good. No bluetooth and usb. Otherwise its excellent. Just think that radios need to be upgraded.

Prompt Service—no problems!
Received the vehicle very quickly with no problems. Dropped off the vehicle very easily and quickly. The shuttle to the airport was prompt. The only criticism is that there is a long walk to the airport terminal after being dropped off (and picked up). The point should be closer to the terminal but that might be the fault of the airport and how it is laid out.

Quality rentals at affordable rates

Great communication throughout
Great communication throughout. Customer Service at pick up and drop off were faultless, including notifying me of previous minor damage to vehicle. Only improvement would be pointing out the fuel cap release lever, which was mildly embarrassing during first fuel stop 😂
