I didnt get the car I ordered
As I remember，I ordered a Swift 2022-2023.But I got a Corolla ，which was very old and dirty. I didn't get the car which I ordered.And I hadnt got any explaintion of it.

Good experience overall
Car was clean, good condition, available quickly, no problems with it. Only slight annoyance was we couldn't quickly connect phone by blue tooth as the system was full. When we phoned they weren't able to talk us through it but we eventually worked it out on our own.

Car was great! Service was great! This was booked online and to the belief that we had covered any insurance costs … don’t be deceived - we were then charged $2000 (money back at the end), or a daily rate (lost)…
