Most horrible airline I ever been flying with. Arrogant people hosting us and no language skills even if English is your way of communicating. Would recommend any other airline.

This is an extremely greedy corporation Their service standards, meal quality, wine have hit rock bottom even for business class. They will charge you top dollar and when it comes to things like earning miles and using them they will use AI against you to make it as hard for you as possible In business they don’t give u payjamas Or amenity kids, they try to not serve 2 full meals even in business class What does that tell you about them? Money hungry and profit focussed. Not worth flying with if u can find an alternative
This was one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had. Singapore Airlines refuses to refund us for a flight we never even took. They falsely claim we boarded the flight, despite the fact that we have clear proof we were in another country (Malaysia) at the time. We sent all the evidence, explained everything — and still, nothing. Their customer service is absolutely useless: No empathy Robotic replies Zero willingness to investigate Repeated lies to justify keeping our money We've been strung along for weeks. They refuse to cooperate with our booking platform and are clearly doing everything they can to keep money they don’t deserve. This is fraud disguised as an airline. Singapore Airlines hides behind a “premium” image, but the reality is they’re dishonest, irresponsible, and have no respect for their customers. If anything goes wrong with your booking, you’re on your own. They will lie, ignore you, and take your money without shame. Never flying with them again.

VERAMENTE INACCETTABILE Biglietto pagato profumatamente NON PRENDETE QUESTA COMPAGNIA...CE MOLTO DI MEGLIO LA QATAR SU TUTTE LA TURKISH E EMIRATES
Met Sigapore Airlines hadden mijn vrouw en ik een retourvlucht Amsterdam-Manilla, economy class, geboekt. Heen 1/2 januari, terug 1/2 maart. In 15 jaar tijd was dit de 10e vlucht met SA naar het verre oosten. Eind januari werd ik erg ziek en na een week ziekenhuis met onderzoeken bleek ik darmkanker te hebben. Via SA vroeg ik om een terugvlucht op 4 februari in business class. Dat kon met een bijbetaling van € 5.500. Via Emirates konden we business class op 4 februari voor € 3.500 vliegen, dit hebben we dus geboekt en ik heb SA gevraagd om een terugbetaling voor de retourvlucht van 1/2 maart. Ik kreeg bericht dat ik totaal € 180 terug zou krijgen (we hadden voor de totale vlucht in augustus 2024 € 2.350 betaald) en dat de terugbetaling 6-8 weken zou duren. Deze week, na 6,5 week wachten op betaling, kreeg ik een nieuw bericht dat het nog eens extra 6-8 weken zou duren voordat de bank het geld over kon maken. Als je boekt betaal je meteen, als je wat terugkrijgt laten ze je eindeloos wachten. NOOIT GEEN SINGAPORE AIRLINES MEER!!!
Ne voyagez surtout pas par Singapore airlines! Nous devions partir en famille mi-avril en Thaïlande vol retour annulé, Singapore airlines me propose un retour du futur je préfère donc annuler ! Cela fait 3 mois que j'attends mes sous 2500 € ! ils ne savent que se rejeter la balle edreams (l'agence par laquelle je suis passé) me disent qu'ils attendent l'accord de Singapore airlines et Singapore airlines me disent qu'ils ont donné leur accord à 2 reprises ! ha ouiiiiiii et biensur c'est moi la cliente lésée qui doit les contacter l'un et l'autre ! pfffffffff ils st surtout bien formés pour endormir le client ! Ce que vs faites vs retombera dessus tôt ou tard ! Justice sera rendu ! Je veux mon argent ! 6MQB85
I am booked to fly out next month and on trying to look at seat bookings (l have booked 3, need 4) but on line tells me there are changes and l need to contact the airline. Has anyone tried to speak to anyone? Well, don't bother. The phone numbers are wrong, the "Talk chat" is crap, can't get any further with manage my booking. Now in a state of mild panic as l can't speak to anyone. I have received the changes of flight numbers, that's OK, but again, looking on line, I'm just going to Singapore and back home. What about the Australia bit? have you forgotten that? I have printed off my tickets, have the new numbers but l wanted to confirm the rest. I love flying Singapore airlines, was lucky to get a great flight, now l'm wondering. Please, please put an up to date phone number on the internet.
🚨 Singapore Airlines’ Rebooking System is a Nightmare! 🚨 I had the worst experience rebooking a flight with Singapore Airlines—their system is an absolute mess. Here’s what happened: 1️⃣ My rebooking was mysteriously canceled after being confirmed via the app—without any explanation! 2️⃣ No phone call, no warning. They only sent an email (which can easily be missed). A responsible airline would at least call the passenger! 3️⃣ Their outdated phone system wasted 2.5 HOURS of my time just to rebook, costing me nearly $800 in call charges. Completely unacceptable in 2025! 4️⃣ ZERO compensation. No apologies, no refund for the $800 spent fixing their mess. Singapore Airlines used to be known for top-tier service, but this is beyond disappointing. How can an airline of this caliber treat its passengers like this?
Beware using this airline. They changed the location airport for my connecting flight while I was on the first leg saying I wouldn't make the second only for me to hear they were still calling the gate when I arrived. I was in a line of others who had the same thing. I then ended up at an airport I didn't book and had to make my way to the airport I was meant to be going to at my own expense. Never again!!!
Whenever we want to go for holiday, we ensure to fly by Singapore Airlines because it has a good reputation. Stewardess or Flight Attendants are mannered, are polite and they stand on their values. Thank you flight attendants. We are proud of you.
I booked Business class for a return flight from Phuket to London via Singapore, a special treat for my wife and I returning from our honeymoon. At the time of booking, I was advised in writing by Singapore Airlines that the first leg of the journey would be with their low cost airline Scoot but that we would still have priority check in, wide seats with extra legroom, complimentary seat selection and a hot meal. In the event, there were none of these upgraded features available to us. It was just a bog standard economy class-only flight with no frills. When we asked to use the Business class lounge at Phuket before boarding the flight, they politely laughed in our faces when they saw our boarding cards for the Scoot flight and told us to go away. I do acknowledge that the second leg of the journey from Singapore to London was exactly as it should have been and that was great. However, having contacted Singapore Airlines to complain about the issues with the Scoot flight and having received no acknowledgement whatsoever, I felt it was time to give them a poor review on here. There is always a good selection of airlines to choose from for a holiday to the Far East. I won't be using Singapore Airlines again.
Schade!! Früher war das mal eine der besten Airlines. Das Essen auf unserem Flug nach Neuseeland war eine einzige Katastrophe! Wenigstens waren die einzelnen Flüge einigermaßen pünktlich. Seit 3 Tagen versuche ich eine Beschädigung des Reisegepäcks zu melden. Ein Versand des Formulars ist nicht möglich, selbst das Beschwerdeformular wird nicht verschickt. Eine andere Form der Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich!? Einfach nur noch ein Witz diese Airline! Nie wieder!!!!
