Travelled with RSD to Nepal in June. Very good holiday, saw lots of interesting places, guide was superb and hotels were of a good standard. I would recommend the RSD holiday to Nepal

I have travelled with RSD a few times and have never had a bad experience. An excellent way of seeing a country at an affordable price.
Went to Sri Lanka with RSD - fantastic countryside, amazing friendly people, good hotels and an amazing journey around the country in all its guises - one of the best trips of my life (I travel 10 mths a year) - why so good - people, no hassles of any kind going out, low cost economy, wonderful weather - an absolute gem of a holiday full of variety with something for everyone.
We had a wonderful holiday seeing so many UNESCO sites in Kosova, North Macedonia, Montenegro & Albania. Except for the last one, which was a little bit "Soviet era", the hotels were lovely with excellent food, very comfortable indeed. Our Turkish guide Gdoikca went above & beyond to help all passengers on her coach, even rescuing a hearing aid, which had fallen out in Cafe Mozart in Budva, Montenegro & organising for someone to drive it to our hotel at least 2 hours away so we had it before the coach left next morning.

We have had several enjoyable holidays with RSD Travel. When our last holiday had to be cancelled due to the virus we were repaid the cost much sooner than we thought it might be, thankyou. Colin Buckle.

Having been unable to take our holiday I was delighted with the way RSD Travel kept me informed as to the progress of our refund and delivered when they said they would. It is sad not to go but I was delighted with the way they handled an unfortunate situation

We wish to thank RSD Travel Ltd for them refunding our tour costs in full that was sadly cancelled by them in early April due to Covid -19. This was our very first booking with RSD but we shall certainly book with them in the future if and when it becomes safe to fly and if we can afford the cost of future travel insurance as we expect there will be increase due to our age and health risks that need to be covered. The refund process only took 28 days. We were sorry to request a refund as we didn't know if we would be able to undertake foreign travel ever again. We had also read and heard so many stories about travel companies refusing to refund and only issuing a credit note. We again wish to thank RSD Travel Ltd for their professional standards of service, honesty and loyalty to their clients. They are a credit to the travel industry and we hope to be able to repay them by booking with then in the future.

I have had excellent holidays with RSD Travel in the past. Our holiday was obviously cancelled this year, and RSD have refunded in full our payments. This must be difficult for them, but is certainly the way to build customer loyalty. We hope to travel with them at some point in the future. Mr. H. McPherson

My friend and I were to travel to Morocco on19th March 2020 and return on April 1st, but of course, it was cancelled due to Coronavirus. I have been given a full refund byRSD which I received about May 11th. Not a rapid response but in reasonable time and with no procrastinations. ( I am still waiting for refunds from other companies - who are not being helpful.) We look forward to travelling with them again hopefully in 2021 as we have another trip already booked with them. We are always pleased with this company we have had some lovely and well priced holidays with RSD and made some very good friendships. We hold them in high regard and hope they survive this awful situation.

We were due to travel to Cyprus on 29th April. I had contacted them in March to check that the trip would still go ahead and I was told that it certainly would. On April 7th I received a phone call to notify me my trip was cancelled and offering me a credit note/voucher which I declined, requesting a refund. On the 9th April I received an email verifying the cancellation. After much tooing and froing with emails I eventually managed to get a reply saying that yes I could have a refund but it would not even be considered until 28 days after the DEPARTURE date. That is 50 days in total which even in these times I find unacceptable. I have not heard from them since so I am now going to ask my credit card to process a chargeback. This hardly inspires customer confidence. Communication is lacking on a grand scale In response to RSD, and this is not the place for ongoing comunication, We have communicated extensivelyto no avail

We should keep RSD as a secret, as their holidays are so wonderful; impeccable organisation, convenient flights, great hotels and locations, and the fellow tourists on the holidays are good travel companions. Travel out-of-season, and the prices are amazingly low; we've been very lucky with the weather each times on trips to the Eastern Mediterranean in March, April and November, but the holidays itinerary is so varied that there is always something to enjoy. Fingers-crossed that RSD are able to keep going despite the Covid-19 Crisis, and we will be able to travel again with them in the near future.

RSD have been excellent. The communication has been clear and timely. The booking process was easy. Unfortunately the trip was cancelled but RSD dealt with my queries and I was able to get my refund. When I phoned the call was answered promptly and the person answering was very knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue. I will book with them in the future

When our holiday to Cyprus was cancelled we opted to have our money refunded. We were delighted with the efficient and very friendly and courteous manner RSD immediately returned our money. Having read of the problems people are having with other companies RSD must be congratulated on their excellent service CaroleCoyle
