We wish to thank RSD Travel Ltd for them refunding our tour costs in full that was sadly cancelled by them in early April due to Covid -19. This was our very first booking with RSD but we shall certainly book with them in the future if and when it becomes safe to fly and if we can afford the cost of future travel insurance as we expect there will be increase due to our age and health risks that need to be covered. The refund process only took 28 days. We were sorry to request a refund as we didn't know if we would be able to undertake foreign travel ever again. We had also read and heard so many stories about travel companies refusing to refund and only issuing a credit note. We again wish to thank RSD Travel Ltd for their professional standards of service, honesty and loyalty to their clients. They are a credit to the travel industry and we hope to be able to repay them by booking with then in the future.
