I phoned in a bit of a panic to ask for a document for my tax which had to be done today. I spoke with Beverley Barnard who was polite helpful and very quick to send me what I needed. An absolute PLEASURE to deal with her!! Thank you Beverely!!
Great customer service and help from Stacey Head at Red Rock Property Management providing empathy and understanding for our situation and always helping and getting back to us quickly. I also have to say that we've noticed a huge improvement compared to our last property management company since Red Rock have taken over, they have already in the short time made a number of improvements for our building and provided fantastic customer service where as the previous company was absolutely awful, had really rude staff that spoke to the lease holders so badly and never made any improvements, would just increase our service charge for no reason. Thanks again Stacey and the property management team at Red Rock for Edinburgh House, all your work to improve things is really showing and appreciated!

Redrock charged service fee over Β£2000 a year yet squatters and homeless living underground parking, despite complaints being made on numerous occasions. Recently, they sent a picture of a cardboard with my tenant's name and address on and a fine of Β£100 bill to me as a leaseholder. My tenant has been living in the flat over 5 years and have never had any problem with bin. He believed the cardboard was taken out by squatters or homeless searching in the bin. In any case, anyone can just take a photo of a piece of paper with a name and address from the bin. I called NRLA and was advised that only the local council has the authority to fine misuse of bin. I requested them to provide evidence that my tenant was actually the one who placed the cardboard outside the bin which they cannot. It is obvious that Redrock just wanted to take money from residents and not do their maintenance job properly! Despicable and money grabber!

Exceptional customer service! I was issued with a penalty charge notice for my vehicle being parked at Caelum drive. Stacy and Kim helped to cancel the parking charge notice promptly when they were informed about the situation and as I own a property on Caelum drive they were very helpful to get this penalty charge notice removed from the parking management company. I would recommend them anytime and for any kind of customer service.
