A positive outcome to my dilema…

I phoned in a bit of a panic to ask for a document for my tax which had to be done today. I spoke with Beverley Barnard who was polite helpful and very quick to send me what I needed. An absolute PLEASURE to deal with her!! Thank you Beverely!!

Great customer service and help from Stacey Head at Red Rock Property Management providing empathy and understanding for our situation and always helping and getting back to us quickly. I also have to say that we've noticed a huge improvement compared to our last property management company since Red Rock have taken over, they have already in the short time made a number of improvements for our building and provided fantastic customer service where as the previous company was absolutely awful, had really rude staff that spoke to the lease holders so badly and never made any improvements, would just increase our service charge for no reason. Thanks again Stacey and the property management team at Red Rock for Edinburgh House, all your work to improve things is really showing and appreciated!

Red Rock Property Management Customer service.

Red Rock Property Management are the Company that manages the maintenance for My block of flats. There are numerous and diverse reasons why I have to contact them and reaching the right person to deal with each situation could be complex. However, my experience is that no-one acts as though it is beneath their station, particularly a certain credit controller, namely Stacy Head who filtered an Email to the correct employee only recently. Customer service is important and Red Rock are decidedly good in this department.

I been dealing with Red Rock for some…

I been dealing with Red Rock for some time now. So my experience is not just of one occasion. First of all there is expected dedicated property manager. We had a Gareth before and he was responsive and great to deal with. Since he left service went downhill drastically. New manager name of Hitesh came , literally could not be bothered to call or make any form of contact - which makes me think what he does on day to day basis if he’s not contacting leaseholders. Then I dealt with Stacey who was responsive but somewhat sketchy in providing information. So for a insurance policy of worth £800 we have nee. Charged £200 for not paying on time. We were told invoices were sent in may and June which we never received and finally email came in July which I promptly paid. So I challenged the company 3 weeks ago to email me the letters and the insurance policy which still hasn’t been sent. In the current climate where restaurants are struggling to pay bills and wages we are dealing with day light robbers who are demanding money for late payment for which no invoices were sent and who are not even sending requested information for 3 weeks now! Hypocrites? Or this is a typical management company with no regulation and are demanding and pushing there internal policies on high street businesses and not been providing a service , regardless we are pursuing this further with the local business’s and ombudsman and will make sure they are exposed.

The block of flats I live in used to be…

The block of flats I live in used to be managed by First Port who were appalling as a management company and we decided to move to Red Rock (RRPM) hoping would provide a better level of service. What a disappointment to see they are equally as bad. The account manager changes almost every quarter and we are never informed of the changes. The gate in our building has not been working for almost 4 months and still no one has been to repair. We are unable to enter our building as the front door is not working, a week later the problem is not resolved. I've lost count of how many times they mistake our block with another block in the same area. They only respond to emails when you follow up or call, I could go on and on..

RRPM - a despicable management company

RRPM manage our residential block of retirement flats. We used to have the notorious Firstport (Peverels) who consistently ripped us off. These lot are no different. They just put up service charges by 10% - double inflation. I pay my service charge every month. Unfortunately my bank missed one payment in December due to the fact RRPM only allowed you to pay in ten month blocks not twelve, so the bank stopped one month early. That £266 charges had now turned into a demand for £1,500 because their legal arm BRADYS have taken me to court. RRPM never send out details statements, not do they have an address you can contact them, it’s always ‘do not reply’ They didn't reply to FOUR emails I sent in March enquiring about why they put 'BRADY SOLICITORS WILL BE IN TOUCH' on letter to me - this is no way to treat retirees. It is pure harassment. How are these management companies not accountable? They prey on elderly people, most of whom do not fight back. We are not some corporate body however we are being treated as if we are. Their tactics are 'an iron fist in a velvet glove'. Age concern please take note. This company should be up for ABUSE.

DLC Refurbishment have addressed…

DLC Refurbishment & Property Maintenance Limited have addressed several issues for Redrock regarding reactive remedial works for areas of their portfolio and all staff have been very professional and very high levels of communication, Lesly Wheatly has been our main point of contact for all issues to date and has been excellent in submitting all details to us from initial call out through to completion first class service
