I phoned in a bit of a panic to ask for a document for my tax which had to be done today. I spoke with Beverley Barnard who was polite helpful and very quick to send me what I needed. An absolute PLEASURE to deal with her!! Thank you Beverely!!
Great customer service and help from Stacey Head at Red Rock Property Management providing empathy and understanding for our situation and always helping and getting back to us quickly. I also have to say that we've noticed a huge improvement compared to our last property management company since Red Rock have taken over, they have already in the short time made a number of improvements for our building and provided fantastic customer service where as the previous company was absolutely awful, had really rude staff that spoke to the lease holders so badly and never made any improvements, would just increase our service charge for no reason. Thanks again Stacey and the property management team at Red Rock for Edinburgh House, all your work to improve things is really showing and appreciated!

Stacey has helped me with many payment queries which have been many over the years and i have found Stacey to be very responsive and articulate which I really appreciate. Stacey has always provided all the necessary information and steps and has also promptly followed up when I have not responded. Stacey has also gone above and beyond in pointing me to the correct contacts when I have had matters to address outside her day to day role. Akshay

In liaison with Red Rock Finance Department over a few days, I found Stacy Head to be very professional. Stacy responded to emails immediately with appropriate information and all queries were sorted out. Thank you to Stacey for being very professional and yet very friendly.

I find all the RRPM Team extremely responsive and I know from personal experience that this uncommon. My most recent dealing this week was with Stacy Head in Credit Control who agreed a payment plan with me within hours of writing and removed a charge that had been wrongly added. In the past, stacey has also been really helpful with a few other payment plans over the years..So thank you

I had sent an email on 18th July asking when we can expect a payment for o/s invoice. Chloe Griffin had responded the next day with an update. After a couple more emails, we received the payment on 24th July 2024 (5 working days after my chaser) Very good. I had also asked Chloe if she could provide me with the PO number for our next o/s invoice. Again Chloe responded the same day and politely explained the current status. Then I received the PO number the next day! Thank you Chloe for your help. Its great to get speedy responses from you. We're just waiting on the payment for that one now ;-)
