I phoned in a bit of a panic to ask for a document for my tax which had to be done today. I spoke with Beverley Barnard who was polite helpful and very quick to send me what I needed. An absolute PLEASURE to deal with her!! Thank you Beverely!!
Great customer service and help from Stacey Head at Red Rock Property Management providing empathy and understanding for our situation and always helping and getting back to us quickly. I also have to say that we've noticed a huge improvement compared to our last property management company since Red Rock have taken over, they have already in the short time made a number of improvements for our building and provided fantastic customer service where as the previous company was absolutely awful, had really rude staff that spoke to the lease holders so badly and never made any improvements, would just increase our service charge for no reason. Thanks again Stacey and the property management team at Red Rock for Edinburgh House, all your work to improve things is really showing and appreciated!

The Purchase and Sales Ledger team at red are super responsive and helpful with payments and responding to queries. I have had a few queries over the year the accounts department team leader Megan has been super responsive, polite and resolved any queries i have had. Thank you Omer

I will give them 0 stars out of 5,very,very poor management ,just wanted to take money from residents but not do any maintenance or replying in time to the emails and concerns. And now just received and email asking to pay more money for a period of time which they havenβt been in charge of our building for this period 01-12.22 . And when you are late with one day of payment they donβt care they charged you for late payment but why is not applicable for you as Estate when you donβt replying on our emails,or our concerns. They promised high level of service when they took over in January but the truth is far from that in every way

Red Rock Property Management have been very impressive in their dealings with the leaseholders. In particular I would like to thank Jeremy Doran who looks after our estate, Paul Boggas from Accounts and Adrian Calver the MD. Any requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and Jeremy is always available to resolve issues during evenings and weekends. Well done to the team.
