Poor management,absoluty dreadful service,poor communication
I will give them 0 stars out of 5,very,very poor management ,just wanted to take money from residents but not do any maintenance or replying in time to the emails and concerns. And now just received and email asking to pay more money for a period of time which they haven’t been in charge of our building for this period 01-12.22 . And when you are late with one day of payment they don’t care they charged you for late payment but why is not applicable for you as Estate when you don’t replying on our emails,or our concerns. They promised high level of service when they took over in January but the truth is far from that in every way
