I have had to revise this review as I had 3 consecutive orders containing manufacturer defective roof tiles, Redland Stonewold Mk 2, these had cracks all the way through them, holding them up to the sun you could see the light shining through. The last order I was assured the tiles would be checked, this clearly did not happen and I pointed out the defects to the delivery driver. I am not happy with this as I am working on my roof rebuilding verges and I need good tiless, wasting my time and money.

I telephoned Roof Store this morning enquiring about soffitt and facia boards. The prices I was quoted where a lot lower than their competition so I visited the depot and placed an order. Peter was very helpful and made sure I had all the trims ect I would need for the job, plus it was delivered that afternoon.Top marks for a professional company. M.Johnson

My order was small / unusual, and Roof Stores really "went the extra mile" to fulfill it - with careful research, and sending me a photo of the slates to check for colour etc, before processing the order. The order when it arrived was exactly what was needed, it was delivered at the planned time, and in good condition. Excellent service and product - highly recommended.

This is the Company you need to go to when roof tiles are urgently required, this Company were the only one's to satisfy my needs as no-one had stock in Kent, i only needed a few tiles as there was no-one really interested in sourcing a small amount . Thanks ROOF TILES Again.
