Customer service first rate! My order was small / unusual, and Roof Stores really "went the extra mile" to fulfill it - with careful research, and sending me a photo of the slates to check for colour etc, before processing the order. The order when it arrived was exactly what was needed, it was delivered at the planned time, and in good condition. Excellent service and product - highly recommended.
