Fantastic service. Carrie is very responsive to emails and very efficient in getting things done. Used FedEx for delivery and when I hadn't received an order on time she immediately looked into it and identified that FedEx had forgotten to leave a delivery leaflet. It was promptly delivered the next day as per my instructions. If only all companies operated in as efficient and friendly a manner.
