I was lucky to think twice n ordered few extra as 2 roof tiles out of 10 were badly damaged otherwise all was good. They were individually wrapped that was great but still some damage

Delivery was late due to supply problems beyond their control (Covid19). Roof Stores explained the difficulty and gave me an option of waiting which I accepted. They kept me informed with progress of my order and it was eventually delivered when they said. Full marks for customer service!

Good customer service when I phoned to talk about my order. But the delivery time was a little slow in this day and age especially as it was £15 for delivery alone. I would have given five stars if not for the cost of delivery. Otherwise, satisfied.

Needed a couple of tiles to repair garage roof. They arrived quickly and at a reasonable price. Exact match with existing tiles that have been on for at least 30 years

They offered the most competitive price for IKO shed felt. There was a delay on the order but I was kept updated at all times, and offered a refund if I didn't want to wait. We were happy to wait and the order arrived correctly
