Roof Stores

after ordering some roof tile and several phone calls back and forth, I eventually received my tiles. The tiles were delivered several hundred yards away from the designated delivery address. I found them leaning against a container some five hundred yards away from said property, unfortunatley 1/4 of them were smashed. No note to say they had been deliverd , I found by accedent due to deciding to go for a walk. I will never order from them again.

The service was effecient and personal. My order was slightly complex, yet it was dealt with rigourously and arrived at the siite when needed. Much, much better service than several other online suppliers I have used.

Brilliant company. I guessed what tiles matched in colour with the ridge tiles and they rang and advised me about which ones matched etc after seeing my order didn’t match. Really helpful and quick delivery.

Ordered the goods one day arrived the next, thats what you call service.

After being messed around by another company with poor customer service (roofing megastore) saying they would delivery my tiles within a week after saying they had them in stock. A long call later they told me they would be delivered a week late. So a quick call to Carrie on the Wednesday afternoon she managed to work her magic and get the tiles I needed delivered by the Friday afternoon. 5 start customer service, was a pleasure to deal with her and roof stores. Would 100% use roof stores again and would be a pleasure to deal with Carrie again. Top work!

So impressed with Roof Stores, we were trying to get Hardie Plank cladding, told by 3 of our local builders merchants that it would take a minimum of 6 weeks, for just an extra £1 per board, BUT free delivery, we got them delivered within a week. SO IMPRESSED !! Must also give more than 10/10 to Carrie, who went well beyond normal service to locate the planks, ensure they were shipped halfway across country, kept us notified by phone and email and then when I plank was damaged, still refunded for the whole plank, (more than was requested). So hope everyone appreciates your efforts, (absolutely not related or even know her) Many Thanks
