Demanded extra money post sale...
Ordered items online and got a confirmation email. The following afternoon a get an email (they couldn't be bothered to call me) saying they had supply issues and i needed to pay about another 10% for them to get them from someone else. This email included a link to a random internet pay page. No apology, no call. I replied to the email stating i wasnt prepared to pay the extra and that we had an agreement they should honour. They cancelled the order and im still waiting for a refund. i will NEVER use these cowboys again
