Ordered tiles that never arrived, and suddenly no stock to replace my order with. Customer services pulled out all the stops and arranged a delivery from another supplier but by then I had already reordered

Slight delay caused by FedEx but really impressed about Ross chasing them up and in the end got the delivery expedited

Great experience. Very accommodating and helpful in arranging a small (£25) but important order for me. Appreciate that they took the time to help me out for such a small order and cared enough to locate the stock and arrange delivery. Will be using again for future projects. Taryn on Customer service was great.

Ordered roof tiles then emailed saying no local stock so I would be charged a extra £65.00 plus vat It not your customers problem no matter how you word it in the terms and conditions How do you ever expect to get return custom I now wait for a refund

Ordered some ridge tiles. paid £15 delivery. Then had a message a day later saying they did not have stock and I would have to pay an additional £74 delivery. I had told them I was desperate for these 6 ridge tile and that the scaffold on the property in question was costing an extra £300 per week. I ask for assurances that these would be delivered Tuesday latest if I paid the extra delivery and was assured that they would be.... They turned up Thursday afternoon. Absolute rip off merchants, probably don't have any stock and make their money from "delivery charges" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Ordered 5 tiles at £1:22 each charged me £15 delivery, which I didn’t mind, Then gets an email saying they don’t have them in stock in my area but the van fed ex them up to me but if they are broken I’ve got to take liability or they give me another option to put them on a pallet and charge me £65 plus vat on top of the already paid £15 for delivery, now got to wait 3 days for a refund as I cancelled the order absolutely pathetic customer service stay well away

To change the Ridge Tiles I ordered in the wrong colour without any charge whatsoever cannot be underestimated enough......Brilliant !!! Prompt delivery too !!

I recently placed an order and had moneys debited just to be told a few days later that because there wasn't stock local to me I had a choice of paying an increased cost with a long lead time or paying an extra £48 deliver for a 3rd party courier to delivery from a location where the items are in stock. I then asked for an alternative item for which I also received the same response. So if you are in the East of England (and possibly a number of other areas of the UK) don't expect to get the price they quote online.
