Service is excellent, specially service of the staff when I visit for some repairs is excellent.
MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE TILL NOW IS GOOD THE BIKE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS BOTH EXCELLENT, THEY ALSO GIVE MANY DIFFERENT OFFERS AND DISCOUNT THATS ALSO AMAZING. THEY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT IF ANY THING HAPPEN TO MY BIKE I HAVE TO GO TO SYDNEY WHICH IS FAR FROM MY PLACE IS THEY CAN START MOBILE SERVICE FOR THE CUSTOMERS IN OTHER AREA THAN SYDNEY THAN THAT WILL BE HELPFUL.
Poor customer service. I have sent a mail reg return booking issue 2 weeks back and nobody had the courtesy to even reply for the message. I have been using zoomo( then bolt) for more than 5months and recommended two of my friends to zoomo . I am waiting to return my bike as soon as my contract ends and I would never recommend to any of my friends.

great bike .well made, easy to pedal, heavy if i have to lift, but understandable re quality of build etc
Good bikes, good service
Bike service is not good, I gave the bike for normal servicing instead they gave it back to me as it is after keeping it for a week. I have to pay extra for maintenance.

Zoomo Zero bikes are great, a bit costly but good performance and also good discounts.
