Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

I ordered some chest of drawers from Dusk and entered my mobile number incorrectly. The customer service kept sending automated messages about an address change which was really frustrating. As soon as I have contacted Rhenus about this, they amended my mobile number straight away, great customer service! On the day of the delivery, I got sent a text message with the delivery window, got a call 15 mins prior and the men delivered it with care to the room of my choice. No faults, what a great service!

Ordered a bed from dusk.com cancelled twice losing two days holiday the day before delivery.Moved into a new house so having a bed what I paid for is quite important.Ordered in jan not received until today April23rd cancelled order with dusk and these jokers AVOID !!!!!!!

The delivery was on time.The lads were friendly and efficient.They had to carry the sofas round the back of the house as porch was too small and awkward.I offered the lads some beer money and they kindly said "No thanks all part of the service"Does not get better than that.Thank you very much. I received an email or text the evening before to give a delivery slot 7.30-9.30. I waited in but then received a message that it would be delayed but unfortunately it did not say how long by. I then had to try contact company but couldnt . so contacted the company that supplied the product. They were helpful and he did get back to me but only to say the driver was delayed but was on his way..... I asked where from to get an idea. He didnt know. so I had to cancel my appointment in town. They were delivered at about 12.45 but I didbnt get an update. Delivery of items were intact. but I was not happy about not getting an updated time.

I have tried twice now to arrange a collection of an Emma mattress. I have had the driver on the phone today confirming the collection. He then went to the wrong address as someone in the office did not update. The customer service is by WhatsApp and useless. Do not go near them if it is urgent or you require it delivering or collecting.

Everything was great, customer service via the delivery company was spot on, the only reason it is not 5 stars is because one of the boxes was damaged in the corner and brown tape to secure it was used. I've not yet opened the sideboard as my son in law will be putting it together this weekend, hopefully nothing will be missing as the box had been resealed, fingers crossed, otherwise 5 stars from start to finish.
