Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

I was given a time slot of between 13:00 and 15:00 for delivery which I was there for as I am in desperate need of the mattress I am getting delivered. They either didn't come or arrived too early while I was out and as a result I can't get another delivery day for at least a week. I am really upset as I organised my whole day around this delivery and I now have to go another week without a mattress

Got a hilarious note from Rehnus saying I will be charged a penalty if I'm not in on my delivery date a FULL MONTH after my delivery was due. They cancelled my initial delivery on the scheduled delivery day, promising me a new delivery date within 48hrs. I emailed Rhenus and the seller upwards of 20 times without a reply. Now finally I have a date a full month after it was due. Let's see if it arrives.

I had a delivery booked in through DUSK furniture (also avoid) to have x2 sofa beds delivered. It took 36 days to get this scheduled with this company and they cancelled on the day . It was then re- booked again almost another month later. They turned up and refused delivery saying they couldn’t deliver unless they had a free parking space. This was for a flat… in the city…where they previously delivered. I think someone was just trying to get out of this drop off! Nearly 2 weeks later, I’ve been trying to call and email and no one is getting back to me to reschedule!! I’m still without my sofas . Avoid this company, really unless and unreliable.

Found booking system problematic. There was not an option to review the choice of dates. I had selected the wrong date, but it automatically booked that date and there was no possibility to change it after booking. Also, the delivery window kept changing, which wasn't helpful. On the other hand, it was helpful to be able to keep track of progress on the day and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful.
