Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

I had a delivery booked through this supplier, they seemed confused about the delivery location (had supplied this already) and when they arrived they parked a long way from my home and would not assist in bringing my item (large, heavy) in.

Rhenus have arranged and cancelled my delivery of a chair I ordered from DUSK 5 times with no real explanation. I have had to take all these days off work just for the delivery to be cancelled everytime. I'm not sure they even have my item. The last cancellation was on 24th April and have heard nothing since. Absolute joke.

Delivery date & time confirmed the day before, between 1-3pm. Took the afternoon off work and sat waiting near the window so as not to miss them. No one has arrived, no card through the door. Rang the drivers number-unavailable, sent a message, no response. Tried to contact customer service, pick a question by sending a number if not an answer that helps you have to text HELP to return to the previous menu. Can't track my delivery and no idea when or if it will arrive.

I ordered a Woolroom mattress and promptly received an email from Rhenus to choose a delivery date, which was very straightforward. I received updates from them by text and WhatsApp, was able to track their progress and received a phone call when they were ten minutes away. Two friendly delivery men took the heavy mattress upstairs and into the required room. Many thanks for a simple and straightforward delivery!

After what seemed like an eternity we received an email asking for a delivery date which we agreed on. Then an email regarding the time slot 6.30 -8.30 am. This would be a lot better in a text message because they are relying on you picking up your emails. Also the box was damaged on one corner and the delivery men obviously didn't have time to wait while we unpacked and checked the contents.
