Delivery hasn't arrived and no idea when or if it will

Delivery date & time confirmed the day before, between 1-3pm. Took the afternoon off work and sat waiting near the window so as not to miss them. No one has arrived, no card through the door. Rang the drivers number-unavailable, sent a message, no response. Tried to contact customer service, pick a question by sending a number if not an answer that helps you have to text HELP to return to the previous menu. Can't track my delivery and no idea when or if it will arrive.

Item much better than expected

Item arrived on time, well packaged. Fantastic quality, much bigger and more solid than I expected. Can see this being part of my Xmas decorations for years to come.
