Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Highly recommended delivery service
Then us communicated with us several times in the period up to delivery. They had requirements for access and moving heavy furniture and these were clearly outlined. The immediate pre-delivery was managed with texts and phone calls so we knew what the timings for arrival were. They then carried a heavy mattress up 2.5 flights of stairs for us. In all of this they were friendly and careful and nothing was damaged. Highly recommended.
