Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

scooter down

scooter down, no beep anymore. Received exact instructions what to check in the 24h, and could repair myself the loose cable inside the handlebar. Many thanks to the Pure support!

Great looking products but room for improvement unsure how won design awards ?

Great looking kit, but several poor design issues pretty dangerous vehicles more so than a bike, wheels just to small for uk roads , due to the throttle switch set up you can not accerate whilst gripping handlbars hard so if you hit a bump hole big crash .. why not just make a motorbike set up why try to be fancy ? rear wheels that run to back lights are only held in with a groove channel, mine came loose and started to rub on rear wheel, so had to superglue wires securely i was going toi do a full year use review on youtube are many good points, but these are far to jumpy on uk roads illegal but need to use safely on paths . hopefully now with mclaren maybe sort some suspension or damping strings as use one of these for 45 mins + and your wrists start to hurt from all the impact of pumps. i crashed hard on mine and due to how you are positioned on scooter you tend to flip onto handles bars and have a really bad accident, unlike a bike which you tend to get flipped clear of the handlebars as for item is solid frame brilliant ,.battery all that great i love my scotter but hell its so unsafe you really have to ride watching everything on floor not like a bike you can hit a bump hit one one these will crash

Made a warranty repair claim

Made a warranty repair claim, Pure sent out the box for return. Told me to contact them to let them know a few dates I'll be available for collection, but I've not received any response. The days are tomorrow and Friday, with today being Wednesday. I let them know on Monday. So it's unlikely it will be this week they collect due to their delayed communication. Disappointing , as I use the scooter on a regular basis and am relying on buses until the repair is completed. My ticket number is 1827 and I've been emailing Manpreet. Update: Pure got back in touch, arranged for a new replacement scooter to be sent out the next day which I'm really pleased with. They sent the new model too. Only negative is that I now have a broken scooter to dispose of, and a massive box initially sent for the repair..

Worst Customer service

I am writing to bring to your attention a highly disappointing experience I have had with Pure Electric’s customer service, which has yet to be resolved after almost a month. I initially contacted your support team to arrange a collection for my scooter repair, but the process has been incredibly slow and frustrating. Responses have taken several days, with no clear progress or resolution. On top of this, I encountered issues with DPD during the collection process, which I reported to your team, but I have yet to receive a response. As I write this, the problem remains unresolved, and I am still without my scooter. The extended period without it has created significant inconvenience in my daily life. Given the reputation of Pure Electric, I find it quite concerning that such delays and inefficiencies are occurring. I believe this situation highlights a need for review and improvement in the customer service process. I trust you will take my experience into consideration and look into taking appropriate action to ensure better service for customers moving forward. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter.

The saga continues

The saga continues. They finally picked up my faulty scooter on 13th September. Haven't heard a thing from them since. Nada. First contact with this sham of a company was 27th August. Update: Interestingly rather than contact me to provide me with an update on my scooter or respond to me on here, I have just been notified that Pure Electric tried to flag this review to take it down. Thankfully trustpilot operates with transparency so has republished my experience and situation. Pure Electric, would you care to update me on what's happening with my £900 scooter as opposed to trying to delete my review.

No response and hard to contact, no reassurance as of yet I will get my order. Happy to amend review if someone makes contact... Edit: I contacted you guys yesterday 4 times both emails and love chat... Not what I would expect from your brand.

Trottinette achetée neuve il ya 8 mois

Trottinette achetée neuve il y a quelques mois et réparer deja 6/7 fois Cables qui se debranche ,ecran qui prend l eau deja change 1 fois et la a nouveau elle ne marche plus car l ecran a repris l eau. Une catastrophe un produit totalement défectueux.

Brilliant customer service and product

Brilliant customer service that’s responsive and quick to find a resolution. This is a quality scooter that is pleasing on the eye and also to ride. It’s robust and quick to charge. Absolutely no complaints or niggles and would highly recommend!
