Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

I contacted pure on Monday the 9 th Of…

I contacted pure on Monday the 9 th Of September 2024 as I had lost my invoice for my bike which I bought on the 30/12/21 as I am intending on selling the bike , Tuesday the 10th of September. 2024 I recieved an email of my invoice , great service and they have made my life easier, Many Thanks to those involved Gordon

High recommended

I bought a Pure scooter more than a year ago for my son. Suddenly, the shaft split in half. I contacted customer service and they replied the day after. They told me to go to the store where I bought it and they gave me a new brand one. I really recommend Pure they know how to treat customers professionally.

I have a pure flex and advance +

I have a pure flex and advance +. Fantastic scooters. My London workhorse commute. My only frustration is a 25kmh top speed. It’s fast enough but not fast enough when I’m caught in an 8 lane crossing and lights just turns amber as soon as I cross! How I wish it can at least go at 30kmh! Maybe just a boost button to keep 30kmh for 10 seconds?

Ok so I don't normally write a negative…

Ok so I don't normally write a negative review as I feel that's unfair as we all make mistakes. But I'm going to I've tried calling pure and emailing but they are absolutely terrible at replying and resolving this issue I've had with my scooter. I will never buy one of their products again as the response and help trying to get spare parts is next to useless. Sorry but I had to write it as this has been going on for nearly a year now with a useless scooter. Which wasn't cheap

A very happy customer with a very helpful gentleman

I can’t quite remember his name but I just spoke to an extremely helpful and dedicated man about an issue with a scooter I had and I’ve never been so please with the outcome of a phone call! This man was one of, if not the best customer service experience I’ve had and I’m a very happy customer.
