The saga continues
The saga continues. They finally picked up my faulty scooter on 13th September. Haven't heard a thing from them since. Nada. First contact with this sham of a company was 27th August. Update: Interestingly rather than contact me to provide me with an update on my scooter or respond to me on here, I have just been notified that Pure Electric tried to flag this review to take it down. Thankfully trustpilot operates with transparency so has republished my experience and situation. Pure Electric, would you care to update me on what's happening with my £900 scooter as opposed to trying to delete my review.
