Made a warranty repair claim
Made a warranty repair claim, Pure sent out the box for return. Told me to contact them to let them know a few dates I'll be available for collection, but I've not received any response. The days are tomorrow and Friday, with today being Wednesday. I let them know on Monday. So it's unlikely it will be this week they collect due to their delayed communication. Disappointing , as I use the scooter on a regular basis and am relying on buses until the repair is completed. My ticket number is 1827 and I've been emailing Manpreet. Update: Pure got back in touch, arranged for a new replacement scooter to be sent out the next day which I'm really pleased with. They sent the new model too. Only negative is that I now have a broken scooter to dispose of, and a massive box initially sent for the repair..
