Worst Customer service

I am writing to bring to your attention a highly disappointing experience I have had with Pure Electric’s customer service, which has yet to be resolved after almost a month. I initially contacted your support team to arrange a collection for my scooter repair, but the process has been incredibly slow and frustrating. Responses have taken several days, with no clear progress or resolution. On top of this, I encountered issues with DPD during the collection process, which I reported to your team, but I have yet to receive a response. As I write this, the problem remains unresolved, and I am still without my scooter. The extended period without it has created significant inconvenience in my daily life. Given the reputation of Pure Electric, I find it quite concerning that such delays and inefficiencies are occurring. I believe this situation highlights a need for review and improvement in the customer service process. I trust you will take my experience into consideration and look into taking appropriate action to ensure better service for customers moving forward. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter.
