Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Disappointed.

Ordered a scooter and next day delivery was stated on website. Can’t call or get a response and I’m still waiting for my scooter. Very disappointed. Please contact me. Thank you.

Shocking Customer Service !!

DPD refused to deliver 2 of my escooter because Pure Electric stick a sticker on the box saying it contains chemical and DPD is holding the 2 escooters at their depot waiting for Pure to get in touch with them. I cannot get hold of Pure at all. No reply to emails, no reply to live chat, and I rang several times over the last week but no one picked up. Absolutely shocking Customer Service. I have no choice but to open a chargeback with my card company. Please avoid buying at all cost. I wish I just went to Halfords Store and buy them instead.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance and reliability of the Pure Electric scooter I purchased in December 2023. Over the past year, I have encountered multiple issues that have significantly impacted my experience with the product. 1. March 2024: The scooter stopped working entirely. I reported the issue immediately, but it took nearly a month for the necessary repairs to be completed. 2. September 2024: On separate occasions, the tire valves for both the front and back wheels were damaged, leaving the tires unusable. 3. November 2024: The scooter stopped working again, repeating the same issue as in March. Additionally, when reporting issues, the resolution process has been unreasonably slow. Waiting nearly a month for repairs or replacements is frustrating and inconvenient.

Good customer service but faulty…

Good customer service but faulty product. Got the scooter in july 2023 and not even on year got fault code F2 sent for repair 2 weeks. It was fixed they changed the power switch and after four months again the same issue but this time warranty expired and I have to pay. Not worth buying if I have to repair it twice in a less than 2 years.

No stars because I've had no help at all getting a power cover to resolve the waterproof issue which is the reason I bought my air 3 Pro and was assured the it was completely waterproof. Next step for me is trading standards and financial ombudsman.
