Good customer service but faulty…
Good customer service but faulty product. Got the scooter in july 2023 and not even on year got fault code F2 sent for repair 2 weeks. It was fixed they changed the power switch and after four months again the same issue but this time warranty expired and I have to pay. Not worth buying if I have to repair it twice in a less than 2 years.
