Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Still waiting for my order

Still waiting for my order - poor customer service response. I ordered the Air 3 on the 8th December. Said next day delivery. I enquired by phone and was informed then that the item was on back order and shipping would start second week of December. There was no notification on the website when ordering that it was unavailable and on back order and it stipulated 1 day delivery. It’s unacceptable to take customers money on false pretences! I’ve since recieved another email stating shipping has already began but still no DPD notification and no response to my email to customer service today! Very frustrating! If you can’t fulfil customers orders then don’t advertise 1 day delivery! Simple! Not very happy

Pure service from pure scooter

Serial number S012B2-000999 Very unhappy with my scooter IV paid £600 cash for it not to work and for it to be at the repair shop more time then IV had to have it come still not working every time with screw missing and to be told I can't have a re fund . Now the warranty has run out and I am stuck with a broken scooter again. Waste the time it is and waste of money to end up with a broken scooter and can't get to work it's a joke !! Seeking legal advice on this matter

Delivery is awful

Product very good. Bought a second one on Thursday before 1pm deadline for next day delivery. I called before I placed the order to confirm it would be delivered as it was before the deadline and was assured it would. Guess what it didn’t arrive on the Friday. The website says if ordered before 1pm next day delivery. It’s now Monday and I get an email saying it’s been delayed. Spoke to them several times on Friday and was informed that they’ve changed delivery company and the policy has changed . I asked why they hadn’t updated the website and was told they have requested the change but it has yet to be implemented. Well that equates to false advertising! I needed the scooter to commute to work as I start at 3am and no public transport available. Avoid if you need something delivered quickly.

Take your money & give you pure air AVOID

Brought a scooter on the Saturday 7th of December it’s now the Saturday the 13th of December and still no scooter. Says next day delivery i waited till Wednesday to send an email and no one has responded. Judging by these comments I see they have been ripping a lot of people off recently. If you can’t fill the orders stop talking people’s money and ignoring them. I will have to claim back the money through the bank.

My experience is unfortunately the same…

My experience is unfortunately the same as many others this month. I placed an order, was emailed to say it would be with me the following day. It’s been nearly a week now, it’s not been delivered and despite trying various avenues to contact them, have heard nothing back. I will be reporting this company and claiming a refund.

Avoid!!!! Order not delivered and no contact from customer services

Ordered a scooter on 1st December and was advised this would be delivered within 1 working day. Although order was confirmed and money taken from my account the scooter was not delivered. I have emailed the company twice and have received no response. It’s my son’s birthday next week and this was supposed to be a gift for him. So angry at being fooled by what I thought was a reputable company.

Avoid for the time being at all costs

Ordered Monday under next day delivery and still not even had an order update. I was giving the benefit of doubt in your favour with Black Friday etc but I still haven’t had any contact whatsoever even after emailing and calling yesterday. I will be starting chargeback procedure with my credit card company if I don’t receive an update today. PS387022 Order number

Very bad company

This company doesn't handle situations very well. They also give you attitude. Warranty ended November 15th this year with my Air 3 Pro scooter ive been sending this scooter back for the same fault for months they keep telling me its rideable and its fixed. Everytime it gets sent back either the same or worse than it was. I was sending this back with warranty for months but they kept sending the same scooter back. Also had accidents on this scooter due to the fault i have been in hospital with injurys about 3 times and I have sent medical records to prove this. Also injurys I've sent numerous emails and videos of the fault. They keep this scooter 14 days a time in the work shop and it gets sent back with same fault. They are refusing to replace this scooter have been way before the warranty run out. They don't talk to you very nicely either. I have also asked for a manager to ring me but nobody ever does. I just want to warn people what this company are like. They don't want to help you they just send back the same faulty scooter. Be warned don't buy from this company very very very bad service. The obudsman also have been contacted for this situation also trading standards have been informed.
