Very bad company
This company doesn't handle situations very well. They also give you attitude. Warranty ended November 15th this year with my Air 3 Pro scooter ive been sending this scooter back for the same fault for months they keep telling me its rideable and its fixed. Everytime it gets sent back either the same or worse than it was. I was sending this back with warranty for months but they kept sending the same scooter back. Also had accidents on this scooter due to the fault i have been in hospital with injurys about 3 times and I have sent medical records to prove this. Also injurys I've sent numerous emails and videos of the fault. They keep this scooter 14 days a time in the work shop and it gets sent back with same fault. They are refusing to replace this scooter have been way before the warranty run out. They don't talk to you very nicely either. I have also asked for a manager to ring me but nobody ever does. I just want to warn people what this company are like. They don't want to help you they just send back the same faulty scooter. Be warned don't buy from this company very very very bad service. The obudsman also have been contacted for this situation also trading standards have been informed.
