Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.
I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
Really helpful, great response times.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Absolutely first rate service , this was a late order for Christmas and I didn't expect it to be delivered as the date estimated was the 27th - fair enough - but my expectations were exceeded when the item arrived early the next day , brilliant , thanks so much !

Poor, poor and expensive
Last minute order for Christmas presents for my nephew who studying abroad, I was advised if next day delivery selected all the items will be with me in time. So I paid the Β£20 delivery charge just to only get part of the order next day and the remainder delivered a few days later which was too late and had to be parcelled to Australia at additional cost. Worst part is Iβm still waiting for a reply to my email. So to summarise, poor comms, high prices, poor support. One less customer for PMT to annoy so there is a silver lining.. Happy New Year
