Poor, poor and expensive
Last minute order for Christmas presents for my nephew who studying abroad, I was advised if next day delivery selected all the items will be with me in time. So I paid the £20 delivery charge just to only get part of the order next day and the remainder delivered a few days later which was too late and had to be parcelled to Australia at additional cost. Worst part is I’m still waiting for a reply to my email. So to summarise, poor comms, high prices, poor support. One less customer for PMT to annoy so there is a silver lining.. Happy New Year
