I had the pleasure of working with the Ellie Hamer Team who had been absolutely amazing with assisting me in the purchase of my property. As a first time buyer, I wasn’t too sure of the process but Javeria Fatima of the Ellie Hamer team was there always at the end of a phone call/email to assist ASAP. Javeria personally made the whole process seamless. I cannot thank Javeria enough.I would definitely recommend based on my experiences above.

Really impressed, would use again and recommend to others
I have recently completed and overall I was really impressed with PLS. I was a first time buyer and no one I knew wanted to recommend a solicitor to me as they all had nightmares with theirs so I went with whom my estate agent Seymours recommended - PLS. The process was seamless and stress free, I filled out the questionnaire in the portal and got all the supporting documents and statements uploaded and they took care of things from there. The process was quicker than I expected. I was able to phone for updates, instant checks on if funds had landed. The online portal was simple to use and add e signatures. Overall I would use again if/when I next purchase, and recommend to others

Please avoid
Please avoid! In a chain of just one property the sale managed to take 6 months +, charged £225 plus vat making it £270 to release money from a life time isa when we did half the work. Final quote was 1.5 times the original. The additional fees are sent from a different email address which ended up in spam so weren't seen until a week before exchange. It fell to us to chase things up to speed the process up. Emails were ignored meaning information was needed to be sent twice. Please don't use them, or atleast get an accurate invoice early on before it's too late. The process was made overly stressful. Not good at all.

They were so helpful from the beginning of the project right up to completion. They do not hold back any correspondence and are so prompt with their responses. Ellie and Team handled our case and they did a fantastic job.

charged 2.5 times estimated amount for a very poor service
Given mandate early December for remortgage to be completed by end of January, but in early March things were still pending while I was paying loads of interests. Most of my calls and email were ignored. Final bill was 2.5 times of what was estimated, even if they had a clear understanding of what they had to do from very beginning. Formal complaint was ignored. Highly unprofessional. To avoid at any rate
