Great experience
We are first time buyers and looked at a property we loved around the middle of January. As it was a new build and the house was built and ready to go the builder wanted us to complete by the end of Feb which in the house buying world is extremely quick! PLS got everything pushed through to meet this deadline without compromise on service. Honestly couldn’t fault them! Caroline was our allocated person, she answered every question we had and was only a phone call/email away if we needed her. Would 100% use PLS again.

I’d steer clear. They caused me no end of unnecessary stress and anxiety and took months to deal with what should’ve been a simple remortgage. They are clearly using an overseas call centre and home workers the phone lines are so bad you can barely communicate. I had the threaten to report them to the ombudsman and I ended up submitting a formal complaint. Just awful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Did job but I felt like an annoyance
They were ok. I always found they were pretty short with me when I asked them to send me some documentation they had apparently already sent to me, but I never received. Did the job, I guess, but always felt like I was annoying them by asking them to do stuff I was paying for (house purchase)

It was very great experience using PLS solicitors. When my builder recommended me i was bit hesitant to choose but once start dealing with them it was best decision i made. They were always there to help doesn’t matter how many times i called my query were always answered specially thanks to caroline to make everything possible so smoothly and timely l. She was so helpful and knowledgeable for every little thing i need answer for thanks a lot for helping me to buy my dream home
