Great service received
Great service received. Didn't need to talk to my solicitor much at all but when I did he was very responsive and helpful. Only downside is the portal they make you sign up to for all correspondence. I never received an email to advise when new documents were uploaded and the app didn't work at all. It was only when I logged onto the desktop site that I could see anything new which needed reviewing

I think they auto delete all my emails…
Still no updates on my house, chased repeatedly for information I have sent multiple times. Never get replies to emails and portal is out of date. Recommend solicitor for the new build I am buying and they have been terrible. Please avoid and save yourself the pain.

Unprofessional & no communication - AVOID!!!
We have started collaborating with PLS more than 2 years ago, in the process of buying our first house. Our property still has not been registered to Land Registry and there are still some legal issue with the developer (Keepmoat). I have been trying to get in touch with PLS since January this year, with M. (one of the senior legal advisors), to be more precise, emails & calls: no updates, they are not taking nor passing the calls, they would schedule meetings which they don't attend etc. I have made an official complaint 5 business days ago to both M. and K. (client service manager), again, same unprofessional behaviour: no acknowledgement or attempt to contact me. Avoid at all costs, it seems like they are representing the other part (in our case the developer from which we bought the house)..

5 Star service! As a first time buyer I was incredibly anxious about the buying process as I had little idea what went into it. However, Joshua from PLS couldn't have made it easier. Every step of the way I felt I was in safe hands. Josh was incredibly patient with my many many questions and importantly to us he was always quick to respond to each email or phone call on the same day. Throughout the entire process and even after completion we felt fully informed and grateful for Joshua's insights and help.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Lack of communication a portal that’s never updated and a cost given that has risen and risen. Sent documents “not received” even though they’re in the pack of papers sent tracked. Lackeys handling things and not the solicitor herself. And we’re still trying to get the house completed. Avoid these shysters.

Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! Unfortunately, the seller of the property I want to buy is using this company. In the last three months, they have ignored EVERY request for information that my solicitor has made, and every request for action that the estate agent has made. You may be tempted by lower fees, but please don't use this company. My purchase is now at risk as it's a leasehold with an absent freeholder, and PLS are clearly in WAY over their heads and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. If they don't respond to our requests for information soon, I will have to pull out of the purchase, which will absolutely break my heart. They are complete scammers! BEWARE.
