Please avoid! In a chain of just one property the sale managed to take 6 months +, charged £225 plus vat making it £270 to release money from a life time isa when we did half the work. Final quote was 1.5 times the original. The additional fees are sent from a different email address which ended up in spam so weren't seen until a week before exchange. It fell to us to chase things up to speed the process up. Emails were ignored meaning information was needed to be sent twice. Please don't use them, or atleast get an accurate invoice early on before it's too late. The process was made overly stressful. Not good at all.
