charged 2.5 times estimated amount for a very poor service
Given mandate early December for remortgage to be completed by end of January, but in early March things were still pending while I was paying loads of interests. Most of my calls and email were ignored. Final bill was 2.5 times of what was estimated, even if they had a clear understanding of what they had to do from very beginning. Formal complaint was ignored. Highly unprofessional. To avoid at any rate
