Initial opening of case wasnt the best. However smooth transaction from then on. Special recognition to Ashfa, she was very quick at responding and patient. Even rang when i wasnt understanding something rather than sending another email etc.

From start to finish PLS solicitors were great! Made buying our first home easy and completely stress free. The app could do with some work/ updating but calling PLS was easy and it was very welcoming to have every phone call answered with a helpful voice on the other end! Also want to say a massive thank you to Rubina Rob and the Legal unit 3 team! Rubina was great and actually got us exchanged and completed in one day especially on a Friday! Can’t recommend PLS enough :) 5 stars plus if I could!
