Pelican Water

Filter started out well, but after 1 week it seems already wanter quality is deteriorating. The construction and shower attachment are well made, however it may be no match for the horrible Las vedas water.

Customer service contacts were excellent. All questions were answered and helpful in the shipping and installation process. After 3 full days of use we are getting quality water.

Just finished installing my system... Whole house filter and the Conditioner... So, nothing to really review since I just installed it. The install was easy enough for DIY people.

Pelican was terrific answering questions when making initial purchase. No hard sales tactics. Price/cost was very competitive. Purchase and delivery was simple and easy. Buying replacement filters was easy as well. Best of all entire house water is filtered and tastes great! Pelican overall service is terrific. Very glad we purchased their whole house solution.

I have been using pelican water filters for several years. I have used others. Not only do I like the company and their integrity and fast service but the quality of the filters.

The order receipt department was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did offer "add-on" items which in the long run will save us money. Product assembly needs more quality assurance as our home filter unit had no sealing O-Ring on the head of the unit. As a result, we were able to utilize the service aspect of your company. The two technical support specialists were very helpful in guiding us through repairs. I'm rather handy around my home, thus my experience may have been different than those who aren't as handy. They were quick with there solutions and instructions. An inexperienced homeowner may have gotten frustrated. In closing, I would recommend Pelican Water Systems.

It has been 2 weeks and my Pelican system is everything I hoped it would be. I was hesitate to believe a salt-free system could deliver on my requirements but the 90-day guarantee allowed me to give it a chance. Immediately my skin and hair feels better, clothes are cleaner, food tastes better and I don’t rely on bottled water. Rarely does a product live up to all the advertising but in this case it indeed does. And without putting salt into our environment. Everyone I interfaced with at Pelican was an exceptional professional and a pleasure to work with.

His professional and cordial manner was a prime reason for me considering your system Communication about the shipment and the shipment itself was flawless. There are one or two statements in your printed literature which could be added to help those retro fitting a system. I will be happy to suggest those if you wish.

For a couple of years I was using the Pelican Shower filter under the information provided by the previous company that it was Flouride-free. Unfortunately when I tried another company that has the flouride free filter then the plastic connection didn't fit & was leaking heavily. So I'm still using Pelican Company because it has a metal connector and installs easily and at least it cleans the chlorine but I hope Pelican will come up with a Flouride-free filter in the future.

I ordered a sediment filter, then later ordered a sediment filter wrench (aluminum 18 inch), and carbon media for the PC600. James Wade in customer tech support was extremely helpful in letting me know about my system and its maintenance requirements, and how to loosen a stubborn sediment filter canister, and also helped me understand how to replace the carbon media. Prior to talking to James, I did not know anything about my system, since the previous homeowner bought and installed the system, but left me no information on the system.

As I have some weird water...causes dry itchy skin...purchased a shower filter and it seems to help at least cut about 75 % of the bad water. My hair still comes out a bit lighter..but, to me it is 100% with it. I think it is a great product. Easy to install and gets the job done. Thank you.

Your filter was very easy to install for me, a woman. Really like that I know that I am getting a cleaner water to wash my hair and body. The shower head water is like a soft rain shower. Really enjoying your product.
