Iron residue still bleeding through Not Happy!!!!!
On May 20, 2020, we bought the Pelican Pro 6-Stage R/o plus Pelican WFS Iron/Chlorination system, according to the contract, cost $3,963.55. Since then to today, October 29, 2022, we still are having issues with yellow iron residue, stain on all white items, I had to throw away towels, sheets, and many more. We have been going to the laundry Mat to wash clothes. I have called to report the issue many times, they came change the check valve and other things. My husband had followed their instruction on how to add the clorox and other maintenance. The technicians are nice but never had explained why the yellow stain on the clothes or give us a solution how to prevent the issue. After spending that so much money we should not still have these problems getting iron bleed through. Today we are very overwhelm with this problem.
