Pelican Water

the sales rep was very helpful.

My only concern is that I keep getting marketing message on all my email, Facebook, etc. for Pelican even though I have purchased the system. This is annoying. When will it end?

The ordering online process was easy and online help was very helpful. The dual tank install kit made the install quick and easy. The Manual system design recommended a bypass be installed. With 1" pex this was not so easy to get the fittings needed at local hardware stores. The prices of shark bite/ pex fittings at the plumbing supply were way to expensive. The install kit has tank bypass valves and that was just fine. I installed two shut off valves to allow Sediment filter change.

I've been a customer since 2015, purchased a softener and whole house filter, easy to self install, this year the city water was more like Clorox instead of water, purchased a new carbon whole house filter system, and the water is great now. I also purchased the UV system as a protection to boil water alerts. My experience has been nothing but good. Great customer service Easy ordering Great shipping Fantastic products

Great product.. Noticed the difference in water quality the same day. water comes out clear and taste better.

Very professional company, they deserve our business. They were persistent but patient when calling to schedule a time to come out to test the water. They have a good looking system and installation was free which took several hours to install and complete. The water tastes great and still getting used to just getting water to drink right out of the faucet.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Works well, but semiannual maintenance of chlorine injector pump is problematic. There should be a pump made that will work with longer periods between maintenance and easier to accomplish. Also having to wait to pump failure is not preferable due to putting strain on rest of system.

When I ordered my UV filter from Pelican the rep told me I didn't need any other filters. My plumber came back to give me an estimate and quoted that I need a sediment filter based on the recommendations he got from the specs on the Pelican website. When I called the company and the rep said well will be happy to sell you that sediment filter. Needless to say I chose not to purchase anything else from them.

If you are acclimated to the taste of your tap water, more power to you. If, on the other hand, you are buying bottled water you really should get a system. Your tap water will be better than the bottled water and cheaper over the long run. I love my water now and I never worry about what the county is sending me.

Getting the system delivered was an all day affair. Had to make several calls to Pelican (until they closed due to est vs pst). The trucking company took multiple calls to determine their estimated time of arrival which was supposed to be 1-5. Truck did not arrive until after 8 p.m. Dispatch was making fun of the driver in the back ground on the phone. Something about being new. I asked if they were tormenting him. The person on the phone laughed and said "something like that". The driver was polite, overworked and recognized his colleagues were being less than professional towards him. I hope the Pelican system works better than the delivery of the system. The RL company gets 1 star and the driver for effort and putting up with the company nonsense gets 5 stars. Very good experience

We had a Pelican Water System installed as part of new home construction. It has been trouble free and providing clean water free of chemicals and sediment for three months now. Very pleased so far!
