Easily found and ordered the part that I needed within a matter of minutes. Received the part in a couple of days and replaced it. Very happy with the results

Its only been a couple weeks since the install but everything so far is as expected. Product was delivered promptly and arrived with no damage. Installation was pretty straight forward for the plumber. Water quality is actually better than expected. No regrets so far.

Very easy to install (thanks for including plumber's tape). Attractive chrome finish. Comfortable spray with more than adequate water flow. Noticed an improvement in water quality right away. Frustrated by the delay when attempting to adjust water temperature. Takes longer than the advertised 30 seconds and often when it gets too hot, it just stays that way until I turn off the water and start over. Will work on my technique a while longer to see if this improves before giving up.

I purchased the Pelican PSE1800 house filtration filter. Here in Albuquerque the water tastes terrible. My veterinarian advised not to give the tap water to my two old dachshunds, Pelican came to the rescue! The water is much better tasting.

I purchased a shower water filter one year ago and I love it.

Could have used more adaptors to hook up the reverse osmosis... Had to spend an additional $25 at home Depot but not a deal breaker. Water tastes great and the shower filter is awesome as well. Skin and hair are a lot softer even after the first week.

I've trusted Pelican Water Systems with my water purification for 5yrs, there's no one I trust more. Their videos are extremely helpful, especially a novice like me. After watching their videos I feel better about performing the task at hand myself. Thank you all very much.

We have a whole house pre-filter and are impressed by the quality the filters clean. We took pre and post filtering pictures of the filter and were shocked about all the dirt in the water after just 3 months. Glad we filtered it out.

I moved to a beautiful home in a neighborhood that only offers well water. Upon moving in we were introduced to the nasty water situation. I have young kids and needed the problem solved immediately as my kids wouldnt bath because of the smell. I ordered a whole house filtration system with salt softener and uv light. I also ordered a reverse osmosis for the tap and fridge but that was separate. We immediately noticed the smell was gone and after honing in the softener we can not even tell that we have well water. I new I was moving into a well water situation so I did a lot of research prior to moving in. I decided on Pelican because their reputation and they offered more gallons per minute. Now that we have the system combined with the reverse osmosis we have no water situation at all. I hated the idea of spending so much for water but accepting the well situation I could not be happier with everything. I installed the reverse osmosis myself and it took about three hours for our plumber to install the whole house system.

We love the shower filter! Knowing the removal of chlorine from our water makes us feel much better about our health. Can definitely feel the difference with hair and skin.

I purchased a shower filter and shower wand. The filter does a great job with removing the chlorine, and the shower wand is better than any other I have used. I am very pleased with my purchase from Pelican.

The instalation package was wrong !! Two of the tank to tank connectors and one of the tank to source/ exit source to do tank connector. $150 error. (Plus several hours of rethink the instalatuon) It took several hours more than necessary because of the error. A large check received in compensaton would be in order. LeRoy B . Beasley

We ordered a system and were promised 5 day delivery to our door. It took 13 days and the driver refused to bring it to our door. I had to enlist families help to bring it to our property. Upon opening everything one power head was missing. I called and was promised it would be sentover night. That should have shipped yesterday. So over two weeks now and I have a useless $3000 purchase. We're still buying bottled water.
